Of course, 24 months ‘ warranty is granted under the Sale of goods Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the product due to fault handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty.

Complaint about the Defects must be communicated to Mikaka within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Here is considered Max. 14 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is warranted, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item is sent to: Mikaka V/Lone Simonsen, Flintevej 44, 4684 Holmegaard. We need the following information when goods are returned. Please inform us about the issue as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not receive packets sent as COD or similar. Remember that the product must always be returned in proper packaging.

If damage has occurred during transport, the Post Danmark is requested to be addressed.
