Mikaka.dk will neither sell nor otherwise make information about customers or visitors available to third parties.
When ordering items from Mikaka.dk, you must provide a number of details such as name, address, email and phone number. This information is necessary, on the one hand, we need to know where to send the goods and, on the other hand, we should be able to contact you if there is a problem with your order – for example, Be sold out or defective address information.
When ordering goods online at Mikaka.dk, you pay the purchased items either by credit card via Pensopay, via bank transfer or via Mobile Pay. All prices are incl. VAT. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the item is sent from Mikaka. The receipt for your purchase is the email that says your purchase is complete.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are sent with Post Nord or GLS or other service provider preferred. A package shop or delivery at your own address can be selected.
The goods are dispatched within 2 days after the order has been received. When paying via Bank transfer, the items are shipped when payment is received.
In Denmark, the delivery time is usually 1-5 business days. Postage/Freight rates are variable depending on which delivery is selected.
Postage/Freight is automatically assigned at checkout. On delivery to abroad, postage is attributed to the Postnord or GLS price.
When picking up items at Mikaka in Fensmark near Næstved – agree by email about the time and address. It is possible to pick up ordered items approximately once a week at a specific/agreed time.
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of return. If you wish to make use of your right of return, this must be communicated to us as soon as possible after receipt.
When you return the purchased items, they must be returned in unopened condition. This makes our work much easier, and thus promotes reimbursement if you enter the invoice number on the packing slip. The invoice will be sent by email to the email address you provided for ordering the items.
You are not obligated to provide any reason for the return, but we will appreciate it if you do so anyway. Without feedback from our customers, it is difficult for us to know where to go to improve our range or service.
When you cancel the purchase, you will be refunded the entire invoiced amount excluding freight. Shipping costs associated with the return are paid by the customer. Refund is done as a bank transfer and you must therefore disclose the name of your financial institution and your registration and account number. We will transfer the money to your account within 5 business days after we have received the goods from you. The responsibility for ensuring that the goods are securely protected during transportation is yours.
Of course, 24 months ‘ warranty is granted under the Sale of goods Act. Which means that you can either get the goods exchanged or the money back depending on the specific situation. Damage to the product due to fault handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty.
Complaint about the Defects must be communicated to Mikaka within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Here is considered Max. 14 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is warranted, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item is sent to: Mikaka V/Lone Simonsen, Flintevej 44, 4648 Holmegaard. We need the following information when goods are returned. Please inform us about the issue as detailed as possible.
Note! We do not receive packets sent as COD or similar. Remember that the product must always be returned in proper packaging.
If damage has occurred during transport, it is the Post Danmark that is requested to be addressed.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tlf.nr. and email address.
We will record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Mikaka, kept for five years, after which the information is erased.
We also work together with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
